If you've ever wanted to do it, now's the time to commit. Half marathon, marathon or triathlon, if you want it bad enough, you can do it. Nothing's stopping you. Don't let your doubts or other doubters talk you out of it. Attitude is everything.

Picture yourself achieving your goal, then give yourself permission to commit to the pursuit. You have more ability than you think. The goal is within reach once you decide. Take it a day at a time. Want it. Do it.

All you need now is to want it bad enough. Be Epic.
